Shipping information

We ship most orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If you order by noon Pacific Time, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. If we receive your order after noon, we will ship it the following business day.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states and U.S. mail to all other destinations.

Our online order form calculates the cost of domestic shipping based on UPS shipping rates, but the system is not perfect and we reserve the right to make corrections to shipping charges. If we need to make a correction, we will send e-mail explaining it. If you think the shipping charge is excessive, send us an e-mail and we will check it.

Our online order form DOES NOT calculate the cost of shipping for international orders. We will add shipping charges to your total and send you an e-mail explaining the shipping costs.
